About Stillman Law Office:

Stillman Law Office is a multi-state Creditors' Rights law firm specializing in Consumer and Commercial Collections and Insurance Subrogation. We are currently seeking attorneys licensed to practice in Massachusetts. This position requires in-person attendance at court hearings and will be based in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in in-person court appearances across Massachusetts
• Conduct legal research, review cases, and draft pleadings and related legal documents
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure successful case outcomes while adhering to tight deadlines
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Maintain effective communication with team members and clients at all organizational levels

• Reliable with a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
• Highly organized, with the ability to multi-task and manage a large caseload
• Team-oriented, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels
  
  

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Admission to any of the following states is a plus but not required:
• Delaware
• Michigan
• Connecticut
• New Hampshire
• Maryland
• Washington, D.C
  

Interview Process:

• Candidates must complete an application prior to the interview
• Interviews will be conducted over the phone in lieu of on-site interviews
