We are currently seeking a skilled Biomedical Equipment Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of biomedical and clinical equipment within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience working with medical devices, preventive maintenance programs, and equipment diagnostics while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspection, calibration, and repair of biomedical equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely manner
• Install, test, and maintain medical and laboratory devices
• Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards, FDA regulations, and manufacturer guidelines
• Support equipment upgrades, inventory management, and vendor coordination
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure proper equipment functionality and user support
• Assist with electrical and mechanical diagnostics for various biomedical systems

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering Technology or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Biomedical Equipment Technician
• Strong knowledge of biomedical equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
• Experience working in hospital, clinical, or healthcare environments
• Familiarity with FDA, Joint Commission, and safety compliance standards
• Excellent technical, communication, and problem-solving skills
