Caregiver / Home Health Aid (HHA) Flexible Schedule

ProCare Home Health – Broward County, Florida

ProCare Home Health is seeking reliable and compassionate Home Health Aides to provide quality care to clients in their homes. This position plays an important role in supporting individuals with daily living activities while promoting safety, comfort, and independence.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting




• Monitor and report changes in a client’s physical or mental condition to the supervising nurse




• Take and record vital signs as directed




• Provide medication reminders according to the established care plan




• Prepare meals based on client dietary requirements




• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment




• Assist with mobility, transfers, and proper positioning




• Provide companionship and emotional support




• Accurately document care provided during each visit

• Current Florida Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred




• Prior experience in home health care, assisted living, or long-term care preferred




• Current CPR certification preferred




• Must successfully pass AHCA Level 2 background screening




• Reliable transportation required




• Strong communication skills and compassionate demeanor
