ATN is partnered with a rapidly scaling global automotive semiconductor manufacturer in its search for a Chief Human Resources Officer to lead and define the organisation’s global people strategy and drive enterprise-wide transformation during a key phase of international growth.
The company delivers advanced semiconductor solutions powering ADAS, infotainment, connectivity, and embedded software platforms for leading global OEMs.
As the business expands across North America, Europe, and Asia, this role will focus on shaping long-term organisational capability, building a scalable global people framework, and partnering with the CEO and executive leadership team on strategic workforce and transformation priorities.
This role is to be located in California (specific location to be confirmed in discussion), with international travel required (15%).
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the global people and organisational strategy aligned with long-term business growth
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on transformation, capability building, and organisational effectiveness
- Lead enterprise-wide HR transformation to enable scalable global expansion and operational maturity
- Shape organisational design, leadership architecture, and future workforce strategy across global regions
- Oversee high-level talent strategy including leadership development, succession planning, and critical capability building
- Drive culture, engagement, and organisational performance at a global enterprise level
- Ensure the HR function operates as a strategic business partner to all core business units
- Guide executive compensation, performance philosophy, and workforce governance frameworks
- Provide strategic oversight of global HR compliance, risk, and governance
Requirements:
- 15+ years of senior HR leadership experience within automotive semiconductor, semiconductor, automotive technology, software, or advanced engineering organisations
- Proven experience operating at executive / CHRO level within a global, matrixed organisation
- Strong track record of leading HR transformation and shaping organisational strategy in high-growth environments
- Deep understanding of engineering-led and semiconductor-driven businesses (ADAS, IVI, or similar preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to partner at CEO and Board level on long-term organisational and people strategy
- Strong expertise in organisational design, leadership strategy, and enterprise transformation
- Experience operating in a strategic capacity with limited day-to-day operational HR involvement
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
