You will lead play a high‑impact clinical leadership role, shaping how AI and CTA workflows align with real‑world trial practices, acting as a key bridge between clinical and technical teams, influencing regulatory‑ready solutions, and driving adoption, governance, and future enhancements across Clinical Trial Activation.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Validate AI outputs and system behavior against CTA workflows.

2. Guide protocol interpretation and eligibility criteria understanding.

3. Advise on IRB and ancillary committee review processes.

4. Identify edge cases and exceptions in trial activation.

5. Ensure clinical appropriateness of automated outputs.

6. Support UAT and clinical sign off activities.

7. Contribute to change management and adoption planning.

8. Train stakeholders on new CTA workflows and tools.

9. Provide feedback for continuous AI and workflow improvement.

10. Act as bridge between clinical teams and technical teams.

11. Support governance and regulatory review discussions.

12. Help define future CTA scope and enhancements.

Remote ( Willing to travel to client locations as needed)

Education: -

Engineering Degree – BE / ME / BTech / M Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc.
