LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a top national law firm to recruit an attorney with substantial experience in commercial real estate and real estate finance to join the firm's Nashville, Tennessee office. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience with sophisticated commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and related lending and financing of these transactions.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Represent developer and investor clients in large scale commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
  • Negotiate, draft, and review purchase and sale agreements
  • Negotiate, draft, and review commercial leases
  • Represent lenders and borrowers in connection with real estate financings and loans


Qualifications:

  • JD required
  • Licensed in good standing to practice in Tennessee or eligible for admission to the Tennessee bar
  • 3+ years’ experience in commercial real estate and/or finance legal practice at a large law firm or sophisticated real estate boutique firm
  • Outstanding academic credentials
