Hunton Services, a division of the Hunton Group in Houston, TX, is seeking to hire an experienced Sales Representative to develop and execute account-specific business plans for the Commercial HVAC Sales team. The ideal candidate must be customer-oriented, have excellent time management skills, and be a good communicator. This position will report directly to the Commercial Sales Manager and is located in zip code: 77087.

Responsibilities
Directly sell Hunton Trane HVAC Services to building owners in both the commercial and light commercial markets
Utilize marketing and direct prospecting skills to generate leads for new business development and new customers
Grow the existing maintenance agreement base by adding new service agreements and maintenance contracts to prospective customers
Attend Sales meetings and review monthly sales activity and progress with management
Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales and account activity, customer information, and requests
Qualifications
Must possess a valid Texas driver's license with a safe driving record (no violations within the past 3 years).
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, service agreements, and Microsoft Office products
Ability to create and facilitate presentations to an audience
Requirements
3-5 years of successful outside sales experience
