This is a contract, on-site role in the surrounding Knoxville, TN area, for a Commission Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will actively seek and engage potential customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how VETRA’s solutions can enhance their operations. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, arranging product demonstrations, managing follow-ups, and closing sales. The role requires a focus on building long-term client relationships and achieving sales targets in alignment with VETRA’s mission of empowering independent auto repair shops.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven ability to close deals and meet targets
Customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal communication skills
Familiarity with automotive repair shop operations is a plus, along with understanding of diagnostic tools and software
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic technology platforms
Adaptability, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset
