About the Role

sundays is looking for a warm, outgoing, and relationship-driven Community & Partnerships Associate Manager to help grow local brand awareness and bring new clients into our studios through community building, partnerships, and thoughtful events.


This is a highly in-person, front-facing role. The ideal candidate loves being out in the community — meeting people, building trust, visiting studios, attending events, and creating meaningful local relationships.

A big focus of this role will be connecting with moms’ groups, parent communities, neighborhood leaders, wellness communities, residential buildings, schools, fitness studios, local businesses, and aligned lifestyle brands.


This role requires someone who can both build relationships and execute. We’re looking for a proactive doer — someone who can take an idea, organize the details, follow up consistently, and make things happen.

The goal is to make sundays more visible, trusted, and loved in each neighborhood we serve.


Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Building
  • Build relationships with local moms’ groups, parent communities, neighborhood leaders, residential buildings, schools, and community organizations.
  • Identify community opportunities around each sundays studio.
  • Create authentic ways to introduce new clients to sundays through local relationships.
  • Represent sundays warmly and professionally in the community.
Partnerships & Local Outreach
  • Develop partnerships with wellness brands, fitness studios, cafés, boutiques, coworking spaces, hotels, residential buildings, and local businesses.
  • Coordinate cross-promotions, gifting opportunities, referral partnerships, and neighborhood activations.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of community and brand partners.
  • Follow up consistently with partners to turn conversations into real opportunities.
Events & Activations
  • Plan and execute monthly or bi-monthly community events and local activations.
  • Support in-studio and off-site events that drive awareness, connection, and foot traffic.
  • Manage event details including outreach, guest lists, partner communication, staffing coordination, setup, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Attend events across sundays studios and partner locations, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
Influencer & Ambassador Support
  • Support local influencer, ambassador, and creator activations.
  • Identify aligned voices in wellness, motherhood, beauty, lifestyle, and NYC neighborhood communities.
  • Help coordinate gifting, studio visits, content opportunities, and relationship follow-up.
  • Ensure partnerships feel thoughtful, on-brand, and connected to real client growth.
Growth & Reporting
  • Track outreach, confirmed partnerships, event attendance, bookings, referrals, and new client conversion.
  • Share weekly updates on community pipeline, active conversations, confirmed events, and results.
  • Work closely with the marketing and studio teams to turn community relationships into measurable foot traffic.
  • Help evaluate which partnerships and events are driving the strongest awareness and client growth.
In-Person & Field Expectations

This is not a remote-only marketing role. This is a community-facing position that requires being present in the field.

The candidate should expect to spend significant time visiting sundays studios, meeting local partners, attending community events, and representing the brand in person. Travel across NYC studios and partner locations will be required, with up to 50% of the role involving in-person meetings, activations, studio visits, and events.

Ideal Candidate
  • 3–4 years of experience in community, partnerships, events, influencer marketing, hospitality, wellness, beauty, or local brand building.
  • Extremely outgoing, warm, and comfortable building relationships in person.
  • Strong understanding of NYC neighborhoods and local community culture.
  • Experience with moms’ groups, wellness communities, local leaders, residential buildings, or lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
  • Highly organized and able to manage outreach, event planning, follow-ups, and execution details.
  • Execution-oriented and proactive — someone who can take ownership and make things happen.
  • Strong taste level, emotional intelligence, and brand awareness.
  • Comfortable working in a front-facing role and representing a wellness-driven brand.
  • Able to attend events across sundays studios, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Excited to help sundays become more deeply embedded in each neighborhood we serve.
