Construction Superintendent – Commercial & Multifamily Projects

Location: Miami, Florida

Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits

We’re representing a well-established General Contractor based in Miami, specialising in commercial, multifamily, and high-rise construction, delivering ground-up projects ranging from $2M to $100M.

The Role

You’ll take full control of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard.

From pre-construction through to completion, you’ll be the driving force on-site, coordinating teams, managing timelines, and maintaining quality across all phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from ground-up through completion
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
• Coordinate inspections and maintain high-quality control standards
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays
• Serve as the main on-site point of contact for clients and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
• Proven experience delivering ground-up commercial, multifamily, or high-rise projects
• Experience managing projects in the $2M – $100M range
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools preferred
• OSHA certification preferred
