We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Contracts Analyst to support the review, negotiation, and management of technology-related contracts. In this role, you’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure contracts are aligned with organizational standards, compliant, and effectively executed.

What You’ll Do
Review, redline, and negotiate technology (IS) contracts, ensuring alignment with internal standards
Identify and escalate legal and business risks, providing clear recommendations for resolution
Serve as a primary point of contact for contract-related matters with internal teams and external vendors
Negotiate directly with vendors and legal counterparts to reach agreement on key terms
Provide guidance and coaching to internal stakeholders on contract language and processes
Coordinate contract workflows through internal procurement and approval processes
Track and manage multiple contracts simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and execution
Maintain accurate records in contract management systems, including documentation, approvals, and correspondence
Prepare and share status updates and reporting on contract progress and compliance
Uphold high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal certification, or J.D. (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in contract review, negotiation, and processing
Strong understanding of legal terms, conditions, and contract structures
Experience working with technology vendors, software agreements, or IS-related contracts
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across legal, business, and technical teams
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to support both internal and external stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience in a large or regulated organization
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools or procurement systems
Prior experience acting as a team lead or mentoring others
