Role Overview

Seeking a Conversational Design (CD) Developer with experience designing AI-powered and deterministic chatbot/voicebot experiences. The role involves creating conversational flows, VUI/chat interfaces, reusable design frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design conversational flows, dialogs, journey maps, and VUI/chat experiences.
• Create conversational design guidelines, prompt resources, and reusable frameworks.
• Improve usability, tone, error handling, and conversation consistency.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and AI teams.
• Support backend integrations for conversational fulfillment and services.
• Document processes, standards, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Experience with Conversational AI, chatbots, and voicebots.
• Experience with Dialogflow or Dialogflow CX.
• Strong understanding of ASR, NLU/NLP, and TTS technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Lucidchart for flow diagrams and process mapping.
• Knowledge of conversational design principles, cognitive load, and user interaction.
• Experience working with backend integrations, APIs, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Cloud or CCAI.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or prompt engineering.
