Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in customer service or client interactions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to actively listen and engage with customers
- Empathy and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to changing environments
- Proficient in using technology and computer systems
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Diagnose and resolve service issues, billing questions, and product concerns effectively
- Provide product recommendations and enhancements based on customer feedback
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through one-call resolution
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality
- Stay updated on product and service knowledge to deliver accurate information
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
