Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Type: Contract-to-Hire (Full-time hours)

Length: 6 months Contract-to-Hire (strong potential to convert to permanent)
Location: Denver metro or Miami/Boca metro (Hybrid)
Compensation: $45 – $50/hr (DOE)
A fast-growing Cognitive AI / Behavioral Intelligence company is seeking a Customer Success Manager with strong hands-on programmatic and platform experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the full customer lifecycle — from onboarding and platform activation to optimization, expansion, and long-term success.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping clients maximize value from our behavioral AI and audience intelligence platform.
Drive adoption of programmatic / DSP / retail media workflows and deliver measurable campaign performance.
Conduct QBRs, identify upsell opportunities, and turn customers into long-term growth partners.
Must-Haves (Don’t Apply Without These)
3+ years of in-platform experience working with programmatic advertising, DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, etc.), retail media networks, or audience activation platforms.
Strong technical understanding of campaign activation, optimization, and performance measurement.
Proven Customer Success or Account Management experience with revenue retention and expansion.
Located in the Denver metro or Miami/Boca metro area (or willing to relocate).
