This position is responsible for supporting customers in the Advanced Solutions business unit and includes:

  1. Installing products, performing calibration, and verifying specifications
  2. Troubleshooting technical issues and completing necessary repairs
  3. Training customer engineers on equipment operation and maintenance
  4. Leading technical interactions with customers


The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and customer service experience in semiconductor manufacturing. Experience with Advanced Solutions (TCB) is highly desirable.


Key requirements include:

  • Proven ability to work with advanced mechatronic machinery.
  • Excellent communication skills


Most customer support will be based in Canada, New Mexico, Arizona and Texas. Occasional travel to other U.S. locations will be required.


Main Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair semiconductor equipment.
  • Provide technical support for equipment installations, buyoffs, and training sessions.
  • Serve as the lead technical interface with customers.
  • Assist Application Engineers with design-related issues.
  • Prepare internal technical reports and customer presentation.
  • Occasional on-site support during weekends may be required.
  • Travel requirement up to 75%, can include international travel as needed
