CK Power is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst at our St. Louis, MO location. The Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the cybersecurity framework that protects CK Power Family of Companies from evolving threats. This role ensures the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The engineer will manage endpoint, network, and identity security platforms; lead incident response and vulnerability management efforts; and maintain compliance with internal and external security standards.
What You’ll Do:
Endpoint & Threat Management
Configure, manage, and monitor SentinelOne EDR for organization-wide endpoint detection, response, and prevention.
Conduct forensic investigations and incident response for malware, phishing, and unauthorized access attempts.
Cloud & Identity Security
Administer Microsoft 365 security configurations, including Defender for Endpoint, Entra ID Conditional Access, and Exchange Online Protection.
Manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Identity Domains, including identity federation, authentication policies, user lifecycle management, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Oversee Oracle Fusion Role Management, including defining, auditing, and maintaining user access roles, privileges, and segregation of duties (SoD) compliance.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure proper user provisioning and de-provisioning processes within Oracle systems.
Vulnerability & Risk Management
Utilize Rapid7 InsightVM and related tools for vulnerability scanning, remediation tracking, and executive-level reporting.
Maintain risk registers and remediation plans in coordination with system owners and IT management.
Network & Infrastructure Security
Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki and Aruba network devices for secure segmentation, wireless access control, and firewall policy enforcement.
Implement best practices for network hardening, monitoring, and intrusion prevention.
Incident Response & Reporting
Develop, maintain, and execute incident response playbooks for detection, containment, and recovery.
Coordinate post-incident reviews and generate detailed security reports for management and compliance purposes.
Third-Party & Compliance Management
Work with third-party security solution providers for SOC monitoring, penetration testing, and compliance audits.
Support security assessments aligned with NIST, CMMC, or ISO 27001 frameworks.
User Awareness & Hardening
Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for employees and promote secure practices throughout the organization.
Apply system hardening standards to servers, endpoints, and cloud applications.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5+ years of cybersecurity engineering or administration experience.
Proficiency with SentinelOne, Microsoft 365 Security, Rapid7, Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle Fusion Applications.
Experience with SIEM, identity management, MFA, and encryption technologies.
Preferred certifications: CompTIA Security+, CySA+, Microsoft SC-200, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Security Professional, CISSP, CEH, or equivalent.
