What You'll Be Doing
Support daily plant operations to keep production running safely and efficiently
Perform general labor tasks including cleanup, material handling, and housekeeping
Assist skilled trades and operators with equipment and process support
Identify and report safety, quality, or maintenance issues
Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures

Demonstrated ability to work safely in an industrial or manufacturing setting
Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new tasks
