Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in online content production, preferably with headless CMS platforms and eCommerce retail experience
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic coding
- Basic photo editing skills using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Figma
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and optimization strategies
- Experience managing web content, migrations, and digital campaigns
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Contentful, Jira, and Google Analytics
- Experience in healthcare or patient-focused digital platforms
- Knowledge of ADA compliance standards
- Experience with personalization strategies and optimization across digital channels
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Communications, Web Design, or related field
- 3 or more years working within digital content management, web development, or digital marketing environments
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects efficiently
- Willingness to support content migration and web production activities as needed
- Ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams
- Must adhere to all compliance and accessibility standards throughout content development
