Digital Talent Coordinator (Luxury Fashion) - New York

Location: NY | Hybrid

Salary: $65,000+ DOE

Our client is looking for a Digital Talent Coordinator to support their talent team across creator management, brand partnerships, and digital strategy. This role is ideal for someone with a background or strong interest in PR, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or creative strategy, who thrives in fast-paced, culture-driven environments.

You’ll be hands-on with creator campaigns, talent communications, and internal coordination - playing a key role in helping their creators grow their brands while delivering best-in-class partnerships for clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a day-to-day support contact for assigned creators
• Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing talent communications
• Help manage creator calendars, deadlines, deliverables, and approvals
• Support the execution of brand partnerships from pitch to post-campaign wrap
• Assist with outreach, proposals, and campaign prep
• Collaborate with internal teams on creative concepts and campaign ideas
• Support talent managers and leadership with research and reporting
• Stay up to date on trends across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and social platforms

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in PR, influencer marketing or brand partnerships (within luxury & high fashion)
• Strong interest in luxury fashion
• Confident attending events and networking
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Social media savvy with a pulse on trends and platforms
• Creative thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
