This is a full-time remote role for a Director at Hi-Altitude Brands. The Director will be responsible for shaping organizational strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and driving business growth. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing operational initiatives, providing leadership and mentorship, analyzing key performance metrics, and ensuring alignment between company objectives and team goals. The Director will also collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions, refine processes, and lead special projects.

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams
• Strategic planning and business acumen, including experience in developing and executing organizational strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in interpreting performance metrics and driving data-informed decisions
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and relationship building
• Experience with creative problem-solving, decision-making, and innovation in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in leading remote teams and leveraging digital collaboration tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within marketing, branding, or a related industry
• Familiarity with marketing trends, emerging technologies, and an ability to adapt to changing market demands
• A passion for health and wellness is a plus
