Job Description: Sales / Business Development Executive

(LTTS | FMCG / CPG Account | North America)


Role Overview

LTTS is looking for a Sales / Business Development Executive to support growth of a ~$5 Mn strategic FMCG / CPG portfolio in North America. This role will work closely with the Sales Leadership in driving account expansion, improving wallet share, and strengthening LTTS’s positioning as a strategic engineering and digital partner to the Client.

This role requires strong understanding of FMCG industry, engineering services landscape, and consultative selling, along with the ability to manage day-to-day client engagement and drive deal closures.


Key Responsibilities

Account Growth & Revenue Expansion

  • Support execution of Joint Business Plan (JBP) and account growth strategy for the account.
  • Identify and convert opportunities across Engineering, Digital, and Plant Support services.
  • Drive pipeline build ($ coverage, quality, and velocity) and support closure of mid-scale deals.
  • Anchor/support RFP responses, SOW creation, effort estimation, and pricing discussions in alignment with LTTS governance.


Client / Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with Client function owners, engineering leaders, and site stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted interface for day-to-day engagement across Client North American sites.
  • Ensure high Client Satisfaction (CSAT) through responsiveness, transparency, and delivery alignment.


Opportunity Mining & Cross-Selling

  • Drive account mining initiatives:
  • Identify whitespace across business units and sites
  • Expand into adjacent service lines (digital, sustainability, automation, etc.)
  • Support horizontal service penetration across all sites in North America.


Deal Execution & Governance

  • Ensure all opportunities follow LTTS processes:
  • RFP routing, compliance, internal approvals
  • Coordination with solutioning, delivery, and finance teams
  • Support creation of compelling value propositions aligned to Client priorities (cost, quality, speed, innovation).


Delivery Alignment & Financial Tracking

  • Work closely with delivery teams to:
  • Ensure resource billability and utilization
  • Track PO coverage, revenue leakage risks, and margin alignment
  • Maintain visibility on:
  • Pipeline vs. revenue conversion
  • Forecast accuracy
  • Key account performance metrics


Executive Communication & Reviews

  • Support preparation for:
  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Leadership connects and governance meetings
  • Provide structured updates on:
  • Pipeline
  • Wins / losses
  • Risks and growth opportunities


Qualifications & Experience

Experience: 6 - 10 years in Sales / Account Management / Business Development

Strong preference: Experience working with FMCG / CPG clients

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

Experience in:

  • Engineering Services / ER&D / Digital transformation selling
  • North America client engagement (onsite-offshore model)


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of FMCG/CPG operating model (plant ops, supply chain, product engineering)
  • Familiarity with processes (RFPs, supplier governance, site-level engagement) preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen (revenue, margin, deal structuring)
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently with attention to detail
  • High ownership, proactive, and ability to operate in a matrixed environment


Interfaces with: Delivery Leaders, Solutioning, Finance, and Client Stakeholders


Location & Travel

Based in North America (preferably Ohio / Midwest hub)

Will require regular travel to sites across North America and Latin America
