Salary Range: $120,000- $150,000

Position Summary

The Director of On-Demand Business Development is responsible for driving growth of the company’s on-demand services by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role focuses on revenue generation, market expansion, and aligning client needs with on-demand staffing and service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for on-demand services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and market presence
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to align service delivery with client expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients throughout the sales cycle
  • Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements
  • Track and report on pipeline activity, revenue performance, and growth metrics
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities
  • Provide input on service offerings, market trends, and competitive positioning


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of on-demand staffing, healthcare services, or related industries (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipelines and close deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in a growth-oriented, evolving role


Preferred Experience

  • Leadership or director-level experience
  • Experience developing commission-based or incentive-driven sales strategies
  • Background working with healthcare systems, HTM, or technical services (a plus)


Organizational Relationship:

Reports to the Vice President of Operations.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
