As we continue to grow and expand our impact, we are seeking a dynamic and collaborative professional to join our team in a key leadership role focused on provider onboarding, education, development, and retention.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring providers have the skills, knowledge, and support needed to deliver exceptional patient care while contributing to strategic initiatives that strengthen recruitment, engagement, and market growth.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support provider onboarding and orientation initiatives to ensure a successful transition into practice
Develop and facilitate educational programs, training resources, and ongoing professional development opportunities
Mentor and support providers to promote clinical excellence, engagement, and continuous learning
Partner with operational and clinical leaders to identify development opportunities and improve provider experience
Support provider recruitment and retention strategies aligned with organizational goals
Contribute to initiatives focused on market growth, provider integration, and patient outcomes
Help foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

Strong project management and organizational skills
