Director, Financial Operations (FinTech)

Our firm is partnering with a high-growth fintech platform on a Director of Financial Operations search reporting directly into senior finance leadership.

This is a build-and-scale mandate, owning global financial operations while driving process transformation, systems strategy, and organizational design across a complex, multi-entity environment.

You’ll act as a key partner to Finance leadership, helping shape infrastructure to support continued growth, while leading and upgrading a distributed team.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 10+ years across financial operations / accounting with proven leadership at scale
• Has led transformation initiatives (process, systems, org design; not just BAU oversight)
• Brings strong command of close, working capital (AR/AP), and control frameworks
• Comes from fintech, financial services, or a high-growth environment
