In this role, you will act as a key strategic leader shaping the people strategy for a fast-growing, global technology organization operating at scale. You will partner closely with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with business priorities, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and a high-performance culture. This position combines strategic influence with hands-on execution, requiring the ability to operate across both global and regional contexts. You will oversee the full HR lifecycle, ensuring scalable, consistent, and compliant people practices across multiple geographies. Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the overall human resources strategy and operations, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while ensuring HR functions are aligned with organizational goals. You will be responsible for building scalable people processes across multiple regions and ensuring strong collaboration across departments.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
  • Lead and develop HR and Recruiting teams, setting clear direction, priorities, and performance expectations
  • Oversee HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Design and implement scalable HR programs that support talent attraction, development, and retention globally
  • Ensure consistent and compliant HR practices across the United States, Latin America, Japan, and EMEA
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and business leaders on headcount planning and organizational initiatives
  • Manage compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness and fairness across regions
  • Leverage HR analytics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making and executive reporting
  • Drive a strong culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous development

Requirements

You bring extensive HR leadership experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments, along with a strong ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution. You are a trusted partner to leadership teams and a strong influencer across all levels of the organization.

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a senior HR leadership role
  • Proven experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology-driven organizations
  • Experience scaling HR functions across multiple regions, including US and international markets (LATAM, EMEA, Japan preferred)
  • Strong background in talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
  • Ability to align HR strategy with broader business objectives and drive organizational transformation
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using HRIS and workforce analytics tools
  • Solid understanding of multi-jurisdictional employment laws
  • Hands-on, adaptable leader comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field
