Orion Solutions Group is working with a national provider of warehouse and supply chain services in search of a Director of Operations to lead their Distribution Center. Step into a high-impact leadership role where you’ll own the performance of a large-scale distribution operation. - Own full operational performance of a high-volume distribution center
- Direct influence on profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth
- Lead and develop multi-level teams across operations and support functions
- Drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Collaborative, high-visibility leadership role with executive exposure
- Lead daily operations to achieve performance, cost, and service targets
- Build and execute strategic and tactical plans tied to key metrics
- Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives
- Oversee labor management, budgeting, and operational controls
- Partner with HR on employee relations and workforce programs
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain a high-performing work environment
- Strengthen customer relationships and service delivery
- Analyze operational data to guide decisions and performance
- Expertise leading large, fast-paced distribution center operations
- Proven ability to lead senior leaders and multi-level teams
- Strong background in operational analytics, WMS, and process optimization
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement new initiatives
- Bi-lingual – Spanish
- Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen certification
