The Role
We are hiring a revenue-carrying Director, Strategic Alliances to own and expand a small number of high-impact enterprise partnerships that directly drive pipeline and ARR. Reporting to the CRO, this role is responsible for converting strategic alliances into scalable commercial outcomes through co-sell execution with ISV partners, embedded GTM motions, and enterprise expansion. This is not a traditional channel management or relationship-only partnerships role. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled partnerships generating meaningful partner-sourced revenue, embedded products into broader partner offerings and customer pursuits, managed complex enterprise deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders, and operated effectively in both startup and highly matrixed enterprise environments.
What You'll Own:
Lead Persado's strategic alliances and drive partner-sourced pipeline and ARR
Build and scale partner-led distribution motions where alliance partners actively identify, position, and introduce Persado into customer opportunities
Expand Persado within broader partner-led customer engagement and transformation initiatives
Drive complex enterprise opportunities from initial partner-led pilot engagements through scaled, multi-year enterprise expansion
Lead joint account planning, executive alignment, QBRs, pipeline reviews, and alliance governance
Navigate enterprise procurement, legal, compliance, security, and stakeholder management processes
Build enablement frameworks, success metrics, and operational processes that improve alliance execution
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success to accelerate revenue growth
Required Experience:
10+ years in strategic alliances, partnerships, enterprise GTM, or complex enterprise sales within SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, AdTech, data, or related enterprise technology sectors
Proven success scaling strategic alliances with organizations such as AWS, Salesforce, Mastercard, Adobe, Stripe, Snowflake, major ISVs, hyperscalers, or similar ecosystem partners
Experience owning or materially influencing at least $2M+ annual partner-sourced ARR / as well as experience deeply operating a small number of strategic enterprise alliances (vs. managing a partner portfolio)
Demonstrated ability to grow partnerships from early engagements into broader enterprise adoption
Experience closing and expanding enterprise deals with $500K+ ACV and multi-year commercial structures
Strong executive presence and experience navigating enterprise procurement, compliance, and legal processes
Ability to clearly articulate metrics including pipeline generated, ACV, sales cycles, expansion outcomes, etc
