Ultimate Therapy is seeking a full-time Director of Rehabilitation to oversee therapy services within a skilled nursing facility. This leadership role is responsible for guiding clinical teams, managing operations, and ensuring high standards of care for residents.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the therapy department across disciplines
Lead staff scheduling, caseload distribution, and team performance
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and reimbursement guidelines
Monitor clinical outcomes and implement improvements as needed
Partner with facility leadership, nursing, and medical staff to coordinate care
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation standards
Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist license required
Skilled nursing experience required
Prior leadership experience preferred
Strong understanding of Medicare and compliance practices
