Ultimate Therapy is seeking a full-time Director of Rehabilitation to oversee therapy services within a skilled nursing facility. This leadership role is responsible for guiding clinical teams, managing operations, and ensuring high standards of care for residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the therapy department across disciplines
  • Lead staff scheduling, caseload distribution, and team performance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and reimbursement guidelines
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and implement improvements as needed
  • Partner with facility leadership, nursing, and medical staff to coordinate care
  • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation standards

Qualifications

  • Active Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist license required
  • Skilled nursing experience required
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of Medicare and compliance practices
