As we continue to scale, we’re expanding our field leadership team to elevate performance across key markets. Position Overview We are seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of 10–12 Field Sales Representatives across Texas and Florida. This is a remote role with significant travel (60%), ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in the field, builds strong sales cultures, and knows how to drive performance in home-services environments. The ideal candidate has experience in home services, residential sales, or field-based service organizations (Lawncare, Irrigation, Solar, or Pest Control)
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10–12 Field Sales Representatives across multiple markets.
Conduct regular field ride-a longs, performance reviews, and sales training sessions.
Drive district-level sales performance, ensuring reps meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
Analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and territory performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Partner with local operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience and service delivery.
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales reps as the district grows.
Maintain strong market knowledge and competitive awareness within assigned territories.
Represent Fairway Corp’s values and brand standards across all field interactions.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably managing field or territory-based teams.
Background in home services strongly preferred (Lawncare, Irrigation, Pest Control, Solar)
Proven track record of driving sales performance and coaching reps to exceed goals.
Ability to travel up to 60% across Texas and Florida.
Ability to train and mold new sales reps, ideally 2+ years of experience training
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, PE-backed environment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
