Email Coordinator

Wripple's client is seeking an Email Coordinator. This is a hybrid onsite opportunity, requiring 2-3 days onsite collaboration in south Atlanta. The coordinator will manage the development and delivery of email campaigns and automated customer journeys.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: This is a 12-month, 40 hours/week contract role with opportunities to extend. You absolutely must be ATL-based and open to 2-3 days/week onsite to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage email campaigns
• Execute both one-time and automated multi-step customer journeys aligned with the marketing calendar
• Develop automations and audience segmentation strategies to support multiple campaign needs
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Produce reporting and analytics related to email marketing and program website performance
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure platform functionality, governance, and compliance
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
• Design, customize, and maintain marketing collateral to support program initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar platform
• Relevant certifications (Email Specialist, Administrator, or equivalent preferred)
• Experience managing campaigns across the full marketing lifecycle
• Proven ability to plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
• Strong reporting and performance measurement skills
• Comfortable working across teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Strong data analysis skills
• Experience with Loyalty Programs
