Key Responsibilities

• Build and refine detailed financial models to support long/short investment strategies
• Develop structured investment memos with clear thesis articulation and risk framing
• Conduct earnings analysis, forecasting, and variance interpretation across sectors
• Perform market sizing and TAM analysis to validate opportunity scale and positioning
• Synthesize research insights into concise, decision-ready outputs

Core Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in hedge fund-oriented long/short equity research workflows
• Strong command of financial modeling and valuation methodologies
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear investment insights
• High precision in analytical reasoning and written investment communication
• Comfort operating independently with consistent output quality
