Job Summary

The Events & Sponsorship Coordinator will support the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, sponsorships, and client engagement initiatives across the Americas region. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and project management skills to coordinate multiple events in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, sponsorships, client dinners, receptions, and internal programs
  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including venues, registration, catering, hotel blocks, promotional items, signage, speakers, and onsite support
  • Manage event calendars, ticket inventory, attendee communications, reporting, and event-related inboxes
  • Support branding and execution of marketing and Corporate Access events
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and conference partners to ensure seamless event execution
  • Prepare post-event reports, surveys, and stakeholder feedback analysis


Required Experience & Skills

  • 1–2 years of events or sponsorship management experience; financial services experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and professionalism with the ability to work across teams and senior leadership
  • Knowledge of conference and event management practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
