A prestigious global Private Equity firm in Midtown, NYC, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two senior executives! This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in financial organizations, particularly in investor relations or fundraising, who excel in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings
Prepare and oversee expense reports
Support logistics related to fundraising and investor relations
Take initiative to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience within financial firms
Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and ability to anticipate needs
Proficiency with CRM systems
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Details & Compensation:
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
Base salary: $120–125K, plus overtime, bonus, benefits, and additional perks
