Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights to leadership
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Partner with business units to support strategic initiatives and investments
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and key financial metrics
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
Support audits, tax filings, and external financial reviews
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Experience working with financial systems (e.g., Excel, ERP platforms)
Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
