Financial Director

Conexus Recruiting is partnering with a confidential international manufacturing and aquaculture infrastructure company on a Finance Director search based near Seattle.

This is a highly visible finance leadership role supporting North American operations across manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and commercial operations. The position reports directly to the Group CFO and local Head of Operations and will play a key role in helping shape the finance function moving forward.

The company is looking for a hands-on finance leader who can operate as a true business partner to operations — not someone who simply reports numbers.

Ideal background:

• 10+ years of finance leadership experience

• Strong manufacturing / industrial finance background

• Percentage-of-completion (POC) accounting experience

• Ability to partner closely with operations leaders

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment

• Experience across controllership and FP&A functions
