Full-Time VA Disability Intake Specialist (Remote) – $17/hour

Our close-knit law firm is seeking a Full-Time Intake Specialist to join our Veteran’s Disability Benefits department. We value individuals who can work independently while being effective team players. We’re looking for someone who is eager to grow with us and can adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Position Details:

• Job Title: VA Disability Intake Specialist
• Location: 100% Remote
• Schedule: Full Time
• Pay: $17 

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, and online inquiries
• Explain the intake process clearly and compassionately to veterans and their families
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up with all leads
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a smooth transition from intake to case handling
• Uphold client confidentiality and comply with all firm protocols and applicable regulations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a legal, medical, or customer service setting
• Familiarity with VA disability benefits or a background working with veterans (a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Proficiency with case management systems and basic office software
