What You’ll Do
Lead the experience: Oversee daily operations — from food safety and guest service to training and scheduling.
Grow your people: Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers excellence.
Own your numbers: Manage budgets, labor, inventory, and profitability goals to hit performance targets.
Plan for success: Execute operational plans and adapt strategies to ensure consistent, top-tier performance.

What You Bring
Proven leadership in food service or quick-service management (2+ years preferred)
Strong communication and decision-making skills
Consistent attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to inspire, teach, and hold others accountable
A guest-first mindset, always leading with service
