Position: Group Sales Manager

Are you the sales leader who can turn one of Boston’s most anticipated lifestyle hotel transformations into the city’s next must book destination?


This hotel is undergoing a major transformation into a vibrant lifestyle destination focused on culture, design, community, energy, and elevated guest experiences. This is an opportunity to be part of an exciting evolution from the ground up!


THE PROPERTY

Features eight large, versatile meeting spaces strategically positioned to attract corporate meetings, association groups, university partnerships, sports travel, and social events.


YOUR ROLE

Driving Group Revenue & Building Market Presence

As Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating and managing group business opportunities that drive room revenue, meeting space utilization, and overall hotel profitability.

This is an opportunity to help shape the commercial identity of a newly transformed lifestyle hotel entering a new chapter in one of the most competitive hospitality markets in the country.


Required Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of progressive hotel sales experience with a focus on group sales, meetings, or event-driven business in a full-service hotel environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals and securing new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Delphi, Salesforce, STR, CI/TY, or equivalent hotel sales systems.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a lifestyle or boutique hotel environment.
  • Existing relationships within the Boston corporate, association, university, or social event market.
  • Experience supporting hotel transitions, rebrands, or repositioning efforts.
