Overview

We are working with a growing real estate investment platform seeking a Senior-level Capital Raising professional to lead and scale its fundraising efforts. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership and ownership of capital formation strategy.

The firm focuses on multifamily investments across the U.S. and has developed a strong track record, including success raising capital from international investor networks.

The Opportunity

• Lead and build out the fundraising function from an early stage
• Work directly with a small group of senior partners with a proven track record of raising capital
• Join a lean, entrepreneurial team
• Play a key role in scaling the platform significantly over time

Current Platform

• AUM: >$300m
• Investment structures include JV’s, SPVs, and fund vehicles
• Strong, consistent return profile across both equity and credit strategies

Target Investor Base

• High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs)
• Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs)
• Family Offices

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven track record raising capital within real estate (multifamily preferred)
• Strong relationships across private wealth channels (HNW, RIA, Family Office)
• Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building and scaling a function
