Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Operations based in the Stamford, CT. The Head of Operations will oversee daily business activities, manage operational processes, and ensure efficiency across various departments. Responsibilities include leading and developing teams, fostering effective communication across the organization, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to improve operational performance and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Operations Management and the ability to optimize processes and organizational workflows
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and improve performance
• Proven experience in Team Management and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Budgeting and managing financial resources to achieve organizational objectives
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on detail and accuracy
• Relevant experience in the luxury goods industry or wholesale is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
