**About the Role:**
As a Home Health Aide (HHA) - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Actify Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing basic nursing care, including feeding, toilet assistance, and administering medications
Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team
Assisting with mobility and transferring clients
Maintaining a safe and clean living environment for clients
**Requirements:**
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
