Home Visitor

Howe Community Resource Center is seeking a full-time Home Visitor to join our Parents as Teachers (PAT) program in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This position provides relationship-based support to families prenatal through age 5 through home visiting, parent-child interaction, developmental guidance, reflective practice, and connection to community resources.

We are looking for someone who values strengths-based and family-centered work and who can build authentic relationships with families while supporting parent-child attachment, child development, and family well-being. This role requires flexibility, self-awareness, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a reflective supervision model.

Backgrounds in social work, psychology, early childhood, human development, education, family systems, and related fields are encouraged to apply. Lived experience is highly valued in this role.

Position Details:

• Full-time

• Starting pay: $19/hour

• Based in Green Bay, WI
