HR Manager / People Operations role with a well-established, mission-driven professional services firm.
This is a true hands-on generalist position reporting directly to the Global Head of HR, with ownership across payroll (ADP), benefits and leave administration, people operations, and compliance. The role also includes mentoring a small HR team and serving as a key partner to leadership on day-to-day employee matters.
