Lead HSE strategy across wind energy construction projects while driving a zero-incident mindset, strong compliance, and a culture where safety is owned by everyone.
🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL OWN
• Lead HSE strategy across multiple construction sites
• Build and execute HSE & Emergency Management Plans
• Drive OSHA compliance and eliminate preventable risks
• Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis (Taproot or similar)
• Conduct audits, inspections, and corrective action programs
• Deliver impactful safety training and cultural transformation
• Manage environmental risks and field safety systems
• Influence leadership, crews, and contractors to elevate safety performance
• Represent HSE in high-level client and stakeholder meetings
🎯 WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
• 5+ years in HSE leadership (construction or industrial environments)
• Strong command of OSHA standards & risk management systems
• Experience leading audits, investigations, and safety programs
• Ability to influence teams and drive cultural change in the field
• Confident communicator who can lead at all levels
Bonus Points If You Have:
• CSP / ASP / CHST / CRSP / GSP certifications
• OSHA 500/501 or NCCER Instructor credentials
• Experience with cranes, lifting, confined space, or high-risk construction activities
• Taproot or advanced root cause analysis experience
Pay: Commensurate with experience
