About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Human Resources based in either the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City. The Director of Human Resources will play a critical role in scaling Hadron Energy’s people operations and organizational infrastructure. You will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams across engineering, licensing, operations, manufacturing, finance, and business development to support recruiting, employee development, compensation planning, onboarding, compliance, and organizational growth initiatives. The role is ideal for a highly organized and execution-oriented HR leader who is passionate about building high-performing technical teams within a fast-paced environment. The position will help establish the foundational HR systems, policies, and operational processes necessary to support a rapidly scaling advanced nuclear technology company and public-company environment.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, people operations, or organizational development.
