This senior HR leadership role partners closely with executive stakeholders to shape and execute people strategies that directly support business transformation and commercial success. The position operates at the intersection of talent strategy, organizational design, and change leadership, driving impact across field-based and corporate teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping translate complex business priorities into effective workforce and leadership solutions. Accountabilities

This role is responsible for leading strategic HR partnership activities, workforce planning, and organizational transformation initiatives across a large commercial business. You will collaborate with senior leaders to align talent strategies with evolving business goals and drive measurable improvements in leadership, engagement, and performance.

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities and enterprise objectives
  • Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
  • Drive organizational design and large-scale change management efforts to improve agility and effectiveness
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence on compensation, talent strategy, diversity and inclusion, and culture initiatives
  • Use data, insights, and analytics to inform decisions and improve workforce outcomes
  • Foster employee engagement and an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with organizational values
  • Coach and develop leaders while contributing to broader HR capability building across the organization

Requirements

This position requires extensive HR leadership experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment. You should bring a proven track record of driving organizational change and translating business needs into practical HR solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of HR experience, or Master’s degree with 7+ years, or Doctorate with 4+ years
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leader supporting senior executive teams
  • Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, and change leadership
  • Ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels to drive performance and transformation
  • Deep understanding of employment laws, HR practices, and workforce strategy principles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in complex environments
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence and business functions
