Executive Recruiter - Human Resources, Supply Chain & Administrative Support
Location: Manhattan, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 base (commensurate with experience)
Overview
A well-established financial services firm in Manhattan is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day people operations across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, partnering closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and employee relations
Support full-cycle HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, and personnel file maintenance
Assist with payroll processing, including audits, data validation, approvals, and coordination with Finance and external payroll providers
Manage employee records and HR data within the HRIS; ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
3–5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Administrator
Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP, Workday, Paylocity, UKG, or similar)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive information
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across levels of the organization
