IT Program Lead / IT Delivery Manager — Enterprise SaaS Deployment

Our Client is looking for an experienced IIT Program Lead / IT Delivery Manager to drive a large-scale enterprise SaaS platform deployment in a highly visible environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading cross-functional IT initiatives, partnering with stakeholders across the business, and owning delivery from planning through go-live.

You’ll play a key role in rolling out a portfolio and project management (PPM) platform across the enterprise, working closely with infrastructure, security, IAM, integrations, and application teams to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead all IT activities tied to the enterprise deployment of a SaaS PPM platform
• Serve as the primary IT point of contact throughout implementation and rollout
• Coordinate across infrastructure, security, IAM, integration, and application teams
• Drive project planning, execution, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and escalation paths
• Partner closely with business stakeholders and external vendors
• Ensure alignment with enterprise IT governance and security standards
• Support deployment readiness and platform adoption across the organization

What They’re Looking For:

• Strong experience leading enterprise IT programs or large-scale application deployments
• Background coordinating cross-functional technical teams in enterprise environments
• Experience with SaaS implementations and enterprise rollout strategies
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery models
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical execution plans
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with vendors and implementation partners

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Planview, AgilePlace, or other PPM platforms
• PMP or similar project management certification
• Experience supporting global or multi-region enterprise environments
• Prior background in infrastructure, engineering, or enterprise applications
