A leading AI lab is seeking Internal Medicine experts to help train frontier AI models on high-quality healthcare reasoning and clinical decision-making.
Role:
Design realistic clinical scenarios and diagnostic reasoning tasks
Evaluate AI-generated responses against evidence-based standards
Write attending-level reference answers
Provide structured feedback to improve model behavior

Board-certified Internal Medicine attendings
Hospitalists
IM subspecialists (Cardiology, Hematology/Oncology, Endocrinology, Nephrology, GI, Pulmonology, etc.)
Final-year IM residents

Details:
Remote, fully asynchronous
Flexible schedule
Ongoing contract engagement
20+ hrs/week
Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
Compensation: $130–$300/hour depending on seniority
