We are working with a leading, entrepreneurial investment banking platform with deep roots in financial markets and a growing focus on digital assets and crypto. The firm advises institutional clients on complex transactions at the intersection of traditional finance and emerging technologies.


Analysts work directly with senior bankers on live transactions, gaining early responsibility and real execution exposure in one of the fastest-growing sectors in finance. This is an opportunity to build core investment banking skills while developing differentiated expertise in digital assets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of M&A, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments
  • Build and maintain financial models, including DCF, comps, and transaction analysis
  • Prepare pitch books, investor materials, and internal analyses
  • Conduct market, industry, and company research focused on digital assets and crypto
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members on day-to-day deal execution


Key Requirements:

  • Approximately 1 year of experience in investment banking or a similar analytical field (consulting considered)
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
